We have an opportunity to potentially save more than 4100 early childhood education seats in Washington. Parent Education programs  in Washington’s Community and Technical Colleges are at risk due to a new funding model.  With no additional state funding needed, the legislature of Washington could help these programs and their affiliated preschools continue.

Parent education has proven positive outcomes in academic achievement, mental health, and economic mobility, while also showing decreases in child abuse and crime rates.
