Conditioning 2024
Starts in March!
We will be starting at 3:15. Please be there 5 mins early. It will run from 3:15-4:30. We will have conditioning on Wednesdays. Please make sure you have your physical packet on file through Healthy Roster!!! There is a Google Doc below with all of the names I have that have filed out the Google Form. Those names are allowed to come as long as they have their physical packet on file on Healthy Roster. You must have it on file PRIOR to coming to conditioning by Friday February 28th.
PLEASE bring WATER with you. Also, wear tennis shoes that you don't mind running outside in. If you sweat a lot, I also suggest bringing in a small towel. We will be doing a lot of cardio, agility and injury prevention workouts. If you have an exercise band, please bring one.
Please get dropped off at the BACK of the school. The bus drop off and come through the back doors.
