Head Coach Lauren Lord & 

Assistant Coach Caroline Drummond 

Coach Lauren is the head coach of both the varsity and jv team. She has been with the lady panthers for ten years. She is very passionate about volleyball and hopes to continue to grow the lady panther program. In 2021 & 2022 she was named the Coach of the Year by Savannah Morning News. Coach Lauren has a Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Physical Education, a Masters in Kinesiology and has her Education Specialist in Coaching Pedagogy.

In the last ten years the lady panthers have won region ten times and made state appearances all ten times. Two times to the elite eight, five times to the sweet sixteen and for the last two years the lady panthers have made it to the Final Four! This past year the lady panthers made it to the finals! 

Coach Caroline has recently joined the team as the assistant coach. Coach Caroline is a math teacher at Savannah Arts. She has both her bachelors and masters in math education. Coach Caroline is passionate about working with the girls and making lifelong bonds. 

Coach Caroline will be coaching the JV team next year. She is still learning the game, but is picking it up very fast. Coach Caroline is passionate in sport and understand the benefits of playing sports. She is excited to start working with the JV next season!
