NC Governor's School
Governor's School is a residential summer camp for students from North Carolina. I attended as a student in 2014, and the experience was pivotal in my decision to study mathematics. I returned as a Teaching Assistant/Counselor, a math research intern, and now as a math instructor for the program. Governor's School offers advanced math courses, and students also conduct their own research projects.

I also teach "Area III" classes. These courses are discussion based and allow students to learn more about themselves, their convictions, and how they fit into society. Students learn to have honest, non-judgmental conversations with their peers and consider other worldviews.
