- 7:30-7:35 PM — Satsang Invocation (see below) and welcome
- 7:35-7:50 PM — 15-minute silent Vipassanā meditation or centering practice
- 8:40-9:00 PM — 20-minute silent spiritual contemplation practice*
- 9:00 PM — Closing
