Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Satsangi ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service and Devotional Nature

Satsangi is a strictly religious and spiritual application designed solely for public welfare. Our primary goal is to provide a digital companion for your spiritual journey. The App includes tools for mantra counting (Japa), divine name writing (Lekhan), daily sadhana reminders, and AI-powered spiritual guidance (Satsang Margdarshan).

Spiritual Sensitivity:

This app is purely built to help you in your devotional journey. We do not intend to hurt anyone's religious sentiments or emotions. Every feature is designed with the utmost respect for spiritual traditions and the teachings of Shri Hit Premanand Govind Sharan Ji Maharaj.

3. User Responsibilities and AI Misuse Prohibition

As a user of this App, you agree to the following conditions:

- Use the App solely for its intended religious, spiritual, and public welfare purpose.

- You are strictly prohibited from using the AI Chat (Satsang Margdarshan) to generate hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or any illegal material.

- Any attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App is not allowed.

Strict Action:

Misuse, abuse, or violation of the App's intended spiritual purpose will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take strict legal or technical action against any individual found misusing the App or its AI features.

4. AI-Generated Content (Satsang Margdarshan)

The "Satsang Margdarshan" feature utilizes Generative Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide spiritual guidance based on the public teachings of Maharaj Ji.

- Disclaimer: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. It should not be considered as a substitute for direct spiritual initiation (Diksha), physical Satsang, or professional medical/legal advice.

- Safety: We have implemented strict safety filters, but we cannot guarantee that the AI will never produce inappropriate content. Users are encouraged to report any anomalies.

5. Financial Transactions and Support

All voluntary contributions made through the "Support Us" section are handled securely by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. These contributions are intended to support the ongoing development and server costs of this welfare-focused application. All contributions are final and non-refundable.

6. Google Drive Backup Service

- Description: The Google Drive Backup and Restore service is provided as an optional feature to protect your data.

- Google's Role: Since the backup files are stored on Google Drive (managed by Google LLC), we are not liable for any service outages, technical failures, or data loss caused by Google Drive API or Google Sign-In.

- Data Limits: The app limits the backup to your japa statistics, custom mantras, and preferences. Media files (downloaded custom tracks) are not backed up.

7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

- Original Content: All software code, UI design, and branding are the property of the developer.

- AI Outputs: Outputs are provided for personal spiritual use only. We do not claim exclusive ownership over text generated by the AI.

- Media Content: Mantras, audio recordings, and YouTube videos are the intellectual property of their respective creators. They are included strictly for non-commercial, devotional purposes.

- Copyright: If you believe any content violates your copyright, please contact us at the email below for immediate removal.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its AI features are provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the 100% accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the AI guidance, backup services, or YouTube links.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, spiritual misconceptions, or emotional distress arising from the use of the App, its AI features, or the backup service. Use the guidance and backup services provided at your own discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as the App evolves. We encourage users to review this section periodically.
