At Satsangi, we are committed to protecting your privacy while supporting your spiritual journey. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including your interactions with our AI features.
1. Information We Do Not CollectWe do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details to use the App.
2. AI Interactions & Data ProcessingWhen you use the "Satsang Margdarshan" (AI Chat) feature, the text of your questions is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing.
Anonymity: Your queries are sent to Google without any personal identifiers. Google does not know who is asking the question.Usage: Google may process this data according to their Generative AI Privacy Policy to improve their services.Devotional Intent: This feature is purely built to help you in your devotional journey. We do not store or analyze your personal spiritual questions for any commercial purpose.3. Local Data Storage (Privacy First)Your jap counts, rounds, statistics, and Chat History are stored exclusively on your device's local storage. This data remains private to you and is never transmitted to our servers. You have full control over your data and can clear your history at any time.
4. Financial Information & TransactionsAll voluntary contributions are handled securely through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your credit card or bank details.
5. Analytics and Performance MonitoringWe use Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymized technical logs (device model, crash reports) solely for fixing bugs and ensuring app stability.
6. Children's PrivacyOur App is designed for a general spiritual audience. Since we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Data Retention and DeletionYou can delete all your local data by clearing the App's cache or using the "Clear History" features. For any anonymized identifiers held by third-party services (RevenueCat), you may request deletion via email.
8. Changes to this Privacy PolicyWe may update our Privacy Policy as we add new features. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
