Dear Teachers, Parents, Students, and Well-wishers,
Greetings from Holy Cross School Agartala!
Welcome to read the first issue of the digital newsletter, popularly known as ‘Satgamaya’. This initiative keeps our promise on Vanmahotsav 2022 to ‘Go Green.’ While we are environmentally friendly, it helps us add new features such as view-only photos and videos of the school programs and activities.

Teachers Enrichment
Programme - 2023
New beginning, with a new hope 2023, began with the staff Enrichment Programme for the teachers to make us acquainted with the new changes in the field of education. This year the programme was held on 16th and 17th January. The two days enrichment programme was conducted by a team of eminent experts in the field of education, headed by Mr. Pavan Kumar. Mr Pavan, worked as a part of the NEP 2020 team, made us aware about the New Education Policy 2020 and the changes that are about to take place in the coming days to make education more fruitful for the future generation.

A Joyous Beginning
There was a sense of excitement in the air as Holy Cross School Agartala joyously welcomed the fresh class of Nursery students on January 28, 2023. The stage and surrounding were decorated brightly with colourful balloons and flags.

Every End has
a new beginning.
On February 11, 2023, all the teachers and students at Holy Cross School prepared well to bid farewell to the ICSE and ISC classes, though with a heavy heart. We were graciously welcomed and invited to work hard to outshine in our future situations. The programs chosen for the day had cultural and moral values coupled with nostalgic sentiments.

“Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” Waren G. Bennis
Students of today are the visionaries and torchbearers of tomorrow. Nurturing students to be future leaders is an important task taken up by our school to bestow deserving students with responsibilities of leadership.

THE WEEK CHAMPIONS WERE MADE
“A trophy carries dust. Memories last forever,” says Mary Lou Retton. Indeed, the annual sports 2023 was a memorable day for all the Crossians. 20th to 25th February 2023, were bright, sunny, red-lettered days at the Holy Cross campus. On the final day, the week-long sports activities had come to an end and the school ground were resplendent with the eight colours of our 8 Houses – Blue, Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Red, Violet, and Yellow!
