Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.  Shipping to the Canada/USA is accepted.

How long does my order take to ship?

Once an order is paid in full, production will commence and be completed within current turnaround timelines (2-3 weeks), unless otherwise arranged. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.

What are the fees to ship to Canada/USA?

Pick up at my home can be arranged at a mutually agreed time/date.  Shipping is available for a fee of $5 (oversized letter shipping) within Canada/USA for most items.

What is your return policy? 

Payment is non-refundable once the order has been started. No exchanges or returns unless Sassy Leather Jewelry is at fault. Guarantee: All products come with a guarantee for fixtures, if snaps, buckles, or tassels need replacing. Not responsible for product breakage/damage. I take pride in my work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or if there is an issue with your item(s), I'll do my best to correct the issue.

How do I care for my new item?

Do not wet leather directly, not water proof, only water resistent, and dye may bleed.  Bowls/coasters have been sprayed with an acrylic spray. Food should not go directly onto the product without protection of some kind.  An instruction tag will be provided.  Coasters can support glassware.  All products can be wiped with a damp cloth to clean.  All other items have been wiped with mink oil to protect the leather and to keep it from cracking. You may want to consider continuing this treatment over time. If a refreshing coat of dye is required after more than a year, please contact me to discuss.
