Melissa Black, Leather Artist behind Sassy Leather Jewelry, was taught by a skilled Head Crafter and has been working hands-on for the past nine years perfecting her craft.  Melissa has gained confidence and experience and has moved into more elaborate creations and designs. 

She continues to be captivated by working with leather and enjoys manipulating design though the use of shape and colour to create her most prized pieces which include cuffs, belts, luggage tags and bowls.  Sassy Leather's most popular item is the leather bowl; uniquely shaped, stamped, and varying in size.  It's a great piece to accompany most decor. 

Melissa has sold her work successfully by appearing at various craft fairs across the city and through online marketing.
