Stay say with the warm weather, can't wait to see y'all!
Professionalism needs to be a priority for all members
Troopers should not be patrolling the metropolitan areas of the city for their entire patrol and should not be responding to local calls (for assistance). This month, we will monitor the units' patrol tendencies and if issues persist, harsher restrictions will be written into policy.
Pursuit driving is still a bit of an issue. Troopers should not be following vehicle through backyards, on parks, and on walkways.
Professionalism needs to increase. It's fine to joke around as long as you're being appropriate, and are able to realize when you're going too far. Additionally, we will begin taking notes regarding members' out-of-game behavior. If you're engaged in real arguments inside of discord all the time and are causing issues, you're going to be held back on promotions.
Pursuits need to be BETTER.

In addition, we're going to begin the process of forcefully removing people from the department if they're seen as unfit by the administration. I would seriously recommend to those of you who are too comfortable, that the attitude and demeanor must change
Sergeant Selection Process
The process is open to all Senior Troopers (must be the rank for 30 days prior)
Updates and Upcoming
We've removed/reworded some unnecessary sections in the handbook. Nothing policy-wise has changed.
Sergeant Adams has been appointed to the role of interim K9 Commander and has been promoted to the rank of FTS Assistant Director. Please congratulate him!
