Sub Divisions

 Overview 

The San Andreas State Police offers three subdivisions for our Troopers to join! Whether you enjoy hunting and fishing, flying helicopters and driving motorcycles, or kicking down doors and investigating crimes, the San Andreas State Police has a variety of opportunities. Welcome to the Our department is structured into specialized divisions that serve unique roles in ensuring public safety and law enforcement across San Andreas. The Bureau of Air & Coastal manages air operations and maritime law enforcement, overseeing airspace activities, conducting aerial patrols, and ensuring maritime safety along our coastline. The Bureau of Transportation regulates road safety through its Commercial Vehicle Enforcement unit, which monitors and enforces regulations for commercial vehicles, and its Aggressive Driving Unit, which targets behaviors like speeding and reckless driving to promote safer roadways. Special Operations houses the Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU), which investigates serious crimes, and the Canine Unit, which employs trained police dogs for tracking suspects and detecting narcotics. Together, these subdivisions exemplify our commitment to protecting communities and upholding justice in San Andreas.
