Previous Collaborative Pianist / Director

Studying piano since she was four, Nicole Tremblay has received her ARCT Diploma in Piano Performance from The Royal Conservatory of Music and recently a Bachelor of Music in Music Education with High Honours at the University of Saskatchewan. Her love of solo performance manifests in annual participation in the Saskatoon Music Festival where she has won numerous awards and scholarships and has enjoyed getting feedback on her performances. Nicole is also active in a collaborative setting where she accompanies various choirs including the Saskatoon Choral Society, St. Anne’s Choir, and works with her music colleagues through chamber ensembles and various concerts throughout the year. She is seeking new collaborative opportunities including the Collaborative Piano Young Artist Program with Opera Nuova next year. She also enjoys being a member of the Saskatoon Youth Orchestra, U of S Wind Orchestra, playing both piano and French Horn. Nicole is also active in the teaching community of Saskatoon, teaching piano, trumpet, and French Horn at Long and McQuade with her main philosophy to inspire students to be lifelong music-makers.
