Inflight Training

Lead Specialist - Regulatory AQP ISD

Develop, maintain, and incorporate technical and regulatory content in computer-based training modules and knowledge validations for flight attendant training applicable to Federal Aviation Regulations and Transportation Security Administration requirements, as well as United corporate policy and safety procedures. Frequently monitors curriculum to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
Project leader supervising special annual CBT development projects. Works cross-divisionally with Inflight Safety, Flight Operations Training, and Airport Operations Training.
CBT courseware template development, design, and troubleshooting facilitate the stage and production testing process for Inflight Training CBT material.
Interact with program courseware and other software applications which interface with the Takeoff learning application as well as other utility systems that distribute and run regulatory-required and recommended Inflight operations flight attendant training material.
Support training operations by conducting flight attendant line-check evaluations, supervisory Initial Training operations support, and instructing.
