RESEARCH/ PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Histological and Histochemical Techniques:

Proficient in tissue fixation, embedding and polymerization, along with sectioning using rotary microtome, ultramicrotome and cryostat microtome. Skilled in various staining techniques for light microscopy.

• Electron Microscopy:

Experienced in Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) for detailed ultrastructural analysis.

• ·Induced breeding technique of fish:

Expertise in advanced techniques for enhancing fish reproduction through induced breeding, ensuring improved hatchery success and sustainability in aquaculture.
