I’m helping the Design Ethics Group at U.S. Bank write a design integrity oath for the entire UX department. I also lean into a supportive content community of practice to give and receive feedback on design work.
My previous career in health coaching makes me a better designer today.
Coaching is an iterative, human-focused practice, just like UX. My content design work draws from my experience with behavior-change psychology, goal-setting and strategy.
