I believe that in each and every student, there is a strong reader. All students have the ability to read. Given a chance, they can love to learn it and utilize it in their everyday life. My goal as a librarian is t
o give them a place to feel comfortable and safe to learn at their own pace. I want every student to know they can come to me for help with reading, writing, and understanding. I will provide them with support at each phase of their education. I know each student has a different approach to learning and I will cater to that. My role as the librarian is to create an inclusive environment that allows students to be engaged and build a positive relationship with me, the library, and reading. I promise to always provide support, resources, materials, and enjoyment as they learn and grow with reading.
