Below are my work examples where adult learning theories are the main focus when creating e-learning content.
Designed with Canva, I created a module of how an employer could deliver actionable feedback to their employee.
While obtaining my master's, empathizing with a target learning group was a focus of one of my courses. In this presentation, I identify five possible challenges adult learners may have in an e-learning setting and corresponding solutions.
In the design phase of ADDIE, storyboards are created to provide a structural idea of what the training module may contain.
After creating the storyboard, a mockup of the training module is created with all of the content but without the functionality of an actual module.
Mind Maps are used to display ideas when in the developmental stage of designing a training module. This Mind Map was made through Canva.
Next are some examples when working and creating content for K-12 Learners.
In this presentation, I focus on five possible challenges K-12 learners face in an e-learning setting and possible solutions.
Here is an example of a Unit Plan I developed to create an engaging curriculum for 5th-grade students in a general music classroom.
Designed using Canva. Students would walk around the perimeter of the school, identifying possible sounds nearby.
Designed with Canva. Students in 1st gr. learners listen to the story, Wild Symphony, and complete the instrument word tracing page.
Designed with Canva, following the 2nd grade curriculum in students' abilities to write and perform rhythms.
