When developing this e-learning training, I had to perform a learner needs analysis, create an empathy map, and a mock-up of the module to present to stakeholders when in the iterative stage of the design process.
In the screen recording, you can see the functional module created using TalentLMS. This e-learning platform allowed me to create a training module, add learners, and track their progress in the administrative portal.
The module contains a pre-and post-assessment, 3 lessons, each with diverse learning content and its own assessment, and a final assessment for the learner to demonstrate an understanding of all learned skills. Lastly, there is a feedback survey for the learner to complete after they have finished the module.
