Instructional Design Process (ADDIE):
Analyze: Define clear, measurable learning objectives
Design: Map out blueprints, storyboards, video scripts, etc.
Develop: Build assets, video/audio content, etc.
Implement: Conduct QA testing, ensure LMS integration
Evaluate: Gather feedback and analyze metrics to refine content
