Transforming heavy, complex information into short, engaging pieces, along with repetition are the keys to effective learning. My goal is to design experiences that help teams retain vital skills and confidently apply them every day.

Instructional Design Process (ADDIE):

Analyze: Define clear, measurable learning objectives
Design: Map out blueprints, storyboards, video scripts, etc.
Develop: Build assets, video/audio content, etc.
Implement: Conduct QA testing, ensure LMS integration
Evaluate: Gather feedback and analyze metrics to refine content
