Project Management:
I used a Trello board to organize and manage my lesson planning process, ensuring efficiency and clarity. By creating lists for each stage—brainstorming, development, implementation, and evaluation—I maintained a streamlined workflow and tracked progress effectively.
Analysis:
I conducted a Training Needs Analysis based on information gathered during a Scoping Meeting with SMEs. By asking probing questions, I defined the scope, clarified roles and responsibilities, set expectations, and established timelines, ensuring a well-structured and effective training plan.
Design:
I developed a Course Outline using Microsoft Word to structure the learning experience and ensure alignment with objectives. I then created a Script/First Draft in Google Docs, allowing for easy collaboration and refinement of the course content.
Development:
I developed the course materials using PowerPoint, including graphics created in Canva, and then converted them to Google Slides for easier accessibility and collaboration. This allowed for seamless editing, sharing, and presentation of the content across different platforms.
