The need for certain committees to regulate and make certain decisions is needed at any event.  Participants may or may not be asked to serve on such.  However, it is very time-consuming, and participation is required for a successful event.

The Handicap Committee will consist of Jay Baity, Mitchell Swaringen, Derek Lipe, Chase Saunders, and Randy Cooper and will be tasked with assigning handicaps to players before arrival at the Tournament.

DEREK LIPE, CHASE SAUNDERS, and JAMIE PHILLIPS  will be the Rules Committee and will make the official ruling for any occurrences from daily play.  The ruling will be decided after the round and will be considered final.  

CHUCK SAUNDERS, CHRIS SHUSKEY, and RANDY COOPER JR will serve as the weather committee. They will be in charge of deciding how to proceed in the event of inclement weather.  If a day is cancelled, each player will be refunded $70, which is equal to one day's entry fee. Remember, if the course is open, play will continue.
