in usual hamsa sadhana the inhale is ham and the exhale is sa, so you are saying hamsa ("i am that", "tat tvam asi"). here, reading from the bottom up, i changed this mantra and made it so hamsa is in the out-pause of the breath (shunyaka), and instead i linked the three letters of aum to the remaining three movements of breath(inhale, inner kumbhaka pause and exhale) so by breathing you switch from ham to sa, the "om is how the swan (hamsa) flies"
so, again from bottom up, it could also be:
S - udana - bindu
M - samana - chandra
U - vyana - linga
A - apana - triangle
H - prana - vyoma
sanskrit panchasthana sound system without the hand
space - black - bindu
fire - yellow - chandra
air - blue - linga
water - white - triangle
earth - red - triangle, or what shape?
