How do i perceive social differences?

First of all i think that it is ok to be different! it is ok to think in a different way. it is ok to look diffenrent and so on. The main thing is that we all should respect one anothers ways of thinking and seeing things and work as a dialog to reach the goals we have

What kind of social differences do I see?

I see students who are introverst

i see students who are extroverts

I see student who come from poorer backgrounds

i see students who come for richer background

i see students who have been bullied and that makes them to be shyier or they are ok with the matter

i see young and older students and they have a bit different ways of seeing things

What have I done so far to deliberately minimize these?

i use a alot of collaborative tasks where they have discuss about their views and make a group conclusion

what else i could do?

There a lot of thing i could do. i could use more peer assesments!

Do my considerations apply to online environments as well?

Yes, i try to apply my methods in the online enviroments as well but i´m not so sure that i have succeeded in that so well. I need to learn more about digital pedagogies!

What is transferable to the online setting?

How can these be dissolved in online settings?

via breakout rooms

using moodle or someother learning platform where class can share and give feedback
