Make a payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. 

Note:  If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit or debit card by clicking on the PayPal button and when the secure window opens, then scroll down and look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button and click on that.
