General Manager: 

S. T. Milroy is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with over thirty years experience in business and marketing. His background includes senior executive management positions with charitable funding and fiduciary management firms with offices in Metro New York and Central Florida. He was instrumental in building a local charitable funding enterprise from a small regional group to a national funding network operating in all fifty States and Canada. He later served as president and CEO of a national fiduciary management company, and also as VP of a consumer credit repair company, and as CEO of a local commercial mortgage holding company.  

He has been a corporate training consultant, marketing consultant, and motivational speaker for business and marketing professionals across North America and Europe.  He is also a pastor, international missions overseer, freelance journalist, photographer, and baseball fan, and a former fire fighter.  In keeping with his strong belief in Christian charity, he serves as general manager of the company without taking a salary. 


Lead Associate and Real Estate Development Coordinator

Gersom Piñero is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and real estate investor with over thirty years experience in business and residential real estate maintenance, management, and construction. His background includes architecture, construction design, residential renovation, and executive management.  He also serves as a deacon for a large central Florida Christian congregation and he volunteers his time for Christian outreach and counseling ministries and he loves to travel.


Associate Manager and Credit Repair Expert

Michael A. DeVine, a civil and criminal trial lawyer for three decades in federal and state courts throughout the South before forming Vista, Mike DeVine's former private law practice specialized in state and federal criminal defense work, complex civil litigation including medical malpractice and products liability, as well as Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) challenges into the late 1990s. DeVine lobbied Congress for amendments to the FCRA which took effect in 1998 and made credit challenges easier to make. In 2001 he developed the Vista Credit Challenge Process based on those changes in federal law and has specialized in helping investors and consumers in their credit challenges ever since.
