Our research focuses on enhancing food safety through sustainable approaches that address antimicrobial resistance, contributing to food security within a circular economy framework. By investigating multi-drug-resistant pathogens, rapid pathogen detection methods, and eco-friendly disinfection strategies, our work aims to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses. This is essential for ensuring the safety and quality of the global food supply while promoting environmentally responsible practices. Through these efforts, we strive to improve public health and support long-term food security in a rapidly evolving food industry.
