Teaching

I subscribe to the following axioms by Dr. Federico Ardila-Mantilla:

Axiom 1: Mathematical talent is distributed equally among different groups, irrespective of geographic, demographic, and economic boundaries.

Axiom 2: Everyone can have joyful, meaningful, and empowering mathematical experiences.

Axiom 3: Mathematics is a powerful, malleable tool that can be shaped and used differently by various communities to serve their needs.

Axiom 4: Every student deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

They form a core part of my teaching philosophy. Here is my teaching statement.

Teaching 

Fall 2026: Math 122B (Calculus 1) at U of Az as the primary instructor.

Past courses I taught are:

• Spring 2024-Fall 2025: Math 161 (Calculus 2) at CSU as the primary instructor. (Class materials - includes shared handouts written by past instructors)
