Level 1 Suggested Materials: Throughout the course, participants will be involved in daily dance and movement activities, so it's recommended that they wear comfortable clothing and shoes. During the final course sharing, it is suggested that participants wear black clothing that is both comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.
