Organized on October 11th 1988, the San Carlos Sister City Association (SCSCA) is a non-profit 501(c) organization that serves to promote international awareness and maintain positive relations with our sister cities throughout the world.

We are committed to establishing and nurturing long-term, formal city-to-city agreements that translate into relationships, opportunities, and international access for all individuals involved.  Join the SCSCA and become part of a group of like-minded individuals interested in coordinating, promoting, and expanding international relationships and activities in the areas of business, local government, culture, and education.
