The American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program focuses on the progression of participant learning through six different levels. The skills learned in each level are continually developed and refined. Entry into an advanced level requires the participant to complete the skills in levels prior. The interior of this brochure outlines each level individually and highlights a few key skills that are focused on. Each level incorporates additional water safety topics to keep participants safe in and around the water. All courses are taught by certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors alongside other lifeguards. Upon successful completion of each level participants will receive a course completion card!
Private swimming lessons are available throughout the summer. Private lessons are scheduled on an individual basis with a lifeguard of your choice.
(5-30 minute sessions)
