Her perseverance and passion are undeniable, as they have led her to success throughout her career as Director of San Luigi. 

Ms Charmaine has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, which enriches her current duty of maintaining and creating healthy and safe spaces for early childhood.

Ms Melanie has extensive university training in early childhood education, currently specializing in therapeutic pedagogy at the Spanish University UNIR.

Ms Melanie has experience in different European countries, mainly in Spain, which is her country of origin. 

Ms Melanie has worked in different social sectors, such as associations that support the social reintegration of people with mental illness, and the coordination of services for people at risk due to disability.
