I am a PhD student at Durham University, supervised by Professor Jens Funke. My work is focussed on aspects of number theory and arithmetic geometry pertaining to orthogonal and unitary Shimura varieties, within the context of the Kudla programme. I am particularly interested in special cycles on Shimura varieties associated to unitary groups of arbitrary signature.
When not doing mathematics, I like to make electro-acoustic music (often with other artists of that ilk), play snooker (not terribly well), and I can reliably be found at the local pub quiz on a Wednesday evening.
