Samsung Smart Switch Download __LINK_

I've tried samsung smart switch on two different windows 10 pc's and on both the software crashes. they are both new install and the latest version all of you at samsung should be ashamed of yourselves for releasing such junk!

my pc's said the Microsoft Media Feature Pack was not applicable to my computers so I'm back where I started with this crashing software and no solution. the fact that I've tried smart switch on two seperate windows 10 pc's would indicate the fault is with the software. I don't get this crash with other programs on my pc's.

This is a complain from china SM-G9910 (S21) user , i bakup data with Smart switch , then reset my phone. very suck that i can not revocery data frome Smart switch as the same crashes as this topic . i contact with deskhelp from samsung china, they can not give a solution to fix issue too. really shamed with samsung. e24fc04721
