About Me - Dylan Sampson
Hi, I’m Dylan Sampson, and I’m thrilled to guide you on your fitness journey!
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University, graduating in 2023. I’m also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and am deeply committed to staying at the forefront of evidence-based practice to deliver the best results to my clients.
Since completing PT school, I’ve worked in outpatient rehabilitation, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. One common theme I’ve observed is that many injuries could have been prevented with proper strength training and conditioning. That insight inspired me to create Sampson Fitness—to help people stay proactive, avoid common pitfalls, and live healthier, more active lives.
My mission goes beyond helping you achieve your personal goals. I aim to empower you with the knowledge and tools to maintain these positive changes long after your program ends.
