School Library Standards

2021-2022

Goal 1: For my first year at WJHS, I will work to rebrand the learning environment in the Media Center. In collaboration with my partner, I hope to create a new Mission and Vision for the school library media center. I also plan to add new signage, introduce myself, develop a social media presence, and create inviting "get to know you" activities.

Goal 2: I will demonstrate leadership by offering PD to the faculty on at least one topic of need determined via survey or word of mouth.

Goal 3: Increase circulation by drawing more students into the library through building relationships. Students will view the library as a space to gather, collaborate, and innovate while also finding enjoyable reading materials!
