Chih-Hsien Hsia (夏至賢) is a Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Ilan University, Taiwan.
His research interests include DSP IC Design, Computer Vision, Image Processing, and Cognitive Engineering. Applications of AI in Biometrics, Beauty & Fashion, Education, and Transportation.
