The Samford University Majorettes and Auxiliary Team perform alongside the Samford Athletic Bands, adding visual energy and tradition to band performances through the use of equipment, choreography, and expressive performance. The program's mission is for performers to grow and excel beyond expectations in their performance art while placing an added emphasis on the “more” in their lives. While technical excellence and performance quality are essential, auxiliary performers are also encouraged to grow personally, academically, and spiritually, recognizing that there is much more expected of them beyond the field.
