SAMESIDE is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any other content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
SAMESIDE prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, promotion, or distribution of CSAM or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and other predatory behavior involving children are strictly prohibited.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through SAMESIDE's in-app reporting features. Reports involving potential child exploitation or abuse will be prioritized for review.

Enforcement
SAMESIDE may remove prohibited content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve relevant information when appropriate, and take other actions necessary to protect users and enforce these standards.
Reporting to Authorities
When SAMESIDE becomes aware of apparent child sexual exploitation or CSAM, we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable law, including reporting qualifying incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperating with appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

SAMESIDE complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and will continue to review its policies and safety practices as the platform develops.
