I'm an Associate Professor at the University of Warwick, in the number theory group. My work intersects significantly with dynamical systems, combinatorics, and analysis. I study diophantine approximation and diophantine equations (and these are different).
I'm an editor of the Bulletin and the Journal of the London Mathematical Society.Â
I organise the WMI Colloquium with Tobias Grafke.
I'm an organiser of DECANT (Wooley 60) at ICMS in Edinburgh in 2025, June 23 to 27. A junior satellite conference, DECANTER, will be held at the end of the previous week, June 19 to 20. DECANT will start on Monday morning and end with lunch on Friday, with a free afternoon on Wednesday and a dinner on Thursday. DECANT speakers: Bloom, Browning, Bruedern, Dietmann, Liu, Maldague, Maynard, Myerson, Peluse, Pierce, Prendiville, Vaughan, Vishe, Wolf, Wright. Remote participation is also possible. Funding is from ICMS, NSF, and LMS. A special volume of Mathematika will be associated to the event.
