Renting the MCC

The Mountain Community Center is available for rental for a variety of event types!

Our Great Room is large enough to host receptions, community meetings, concerts, and birthday parties, and contains a stage for presentations and performances.

The fee to rent the MCC is $25/hour.

You can send your deposit and/or rental fee via

The center will be opened one hour prior to your reservation to allow for ample set-up time. You will also have one hour following your event for clean up. These two additional hours are complementary and are not included in your rental fee.

The Mountain Community Center offers...

ample parking, with a main parking lot as well as an overflow parking lot directly opposite the building
adult and children's library rooms with books, puzzles, public-use computers and free WiFi
a full kitchen with seating in adjacent dining area
game tables including billiards, Foosball, and table tennis

You may print, complete, and return it to the MCC via our donation box any time the building is open, or mail it to our post office box at: SAMCCP, PO BOX 611, Charles Town, WV, 25414.
