In Human Resources, I specialise in recruitment, employee documentation, employment contracts, HR policies and procedures, and liaison with government and regulatory authorities. I believe effective HR is not simply about paperwork; it is about creating clear structures and processes that help both employees and management work more effectively.

In Digital Marketing and Branding, I help businesses communicate their value more clearly, strengthen their brand presence and create greater awareness among their target audience. I focus on understanding the business objective first, then developing practical marketing and branding solutions that support that objective.

My experience in Customer Support has also shaped the way I work. I believe listening is one of the most important professional skills. By understanding what a client truly wants to solve, improve or achieve, I can approach each requirement from a solution-oriented perspective rather than simply addressing the surface issue.

My industry exposure includes Construction, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and Agency businesses, giving me experience across different working environments, business requirements and operational challenges.
