Allison Allsop is studying political science and political communication at Louisiana State University. After she completes her undergraduate studies, she intends on going to law school. She currently works as a news reporter for the LSU Reveille and as a research assistant for a journalism professor at LSU.
Megan Fletcher studies journalism and religious studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked as a graphic designer at The Daily Texan and The Texas Tribune. She is also working on a senior thesis on the presence of religious advisers in American executions. After graduation, she plans to pursue graduate study in the intersection of media and religion.
Molly Dougherty studies journalism and political communication at Emerson College. She is the Executive Producer of WEBN Political Pulse, the political show for the student-run broadcast news organization. She is also the Professional Development Liaison for WEBN and the Campaign and Communications Lead for the Communications, Politics, and Law Association on campus. Molly is employed in the Emerson College Journalism Production Center as a Technical Support Specialist. Molly is originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Saga Kindstrand recently graduated from Bournemouth University and is now pursuing a Master's in Political Science at Sciences Po, Paris. She has been in charge of global student outreach at the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) and been involved in environmental advocacy work in Sweden and United Kingdom for several NGOs and grassroots organisations.
Sean Murray is a cadet at the U.S. Military Academy. He studies chemical engineering and is involved in research within the academic department. He is involved with the leadership development process. He will graduate in 2024 and be commissioned into the U.S. Army as a second lieutenant.
Drishti J. Verma combines her interests in media, technology, and entrepreneurship into her interdisciplinary research. She advocated for equitable use of media for the future of democracy in Germany in 2019, for which she was conferred as the youngest recipient of the International Emerging Scholar's Award the same year, and later an awardee of the UGC Centenary Research Grant 2020 in India. Drishti is currently a second-year Master's student at Ashoka University, affiliated with the Department of Computer Science studying the qualitative impact of human-computer interaction. She likes to work at the vertex of Tech Ethics, Media Literacy and Safe Internet Behavior Practices in India.
Haruka Yoshioka is a postgraduate student in Euroculture of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's program at Palacky University Olomouc, University of Groningen and Uppsala University. He has academic research experience in cross-cultural psychology and has worked for four years in fundraising and marketing consultancy in a Japanese consultancy firm. His current research focuses on optimising cross-cultural and regional fundraising to increase the sustainability of international cooperation organisations and NGOs.
James Meriweather is a graduate of Nevada State College in Henderson, NV. He acquired a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in psychology. He prides himself as an intellectual. James currently works as a consultant at Microsoft. In his free time, he enjoys rating music, creating poetry and engaging in intellectual conversations with friends and family.
