Why GED?
Our organization is dedicated to supporting the students of Myanmar by providing financial aid and preparation programs so that they can pursue higher education and realize their aspirations for the future. Internationally, the GED test is recognized as an equivalent to a high school diploma. By supporting Myanmar students to take the GED exam, they will be able to obtain a credential that verifies their educational achievements and increases their possibilities of pursuing higher education or employment opportunities in Myanmar or abroad. Numerous colleges and universities recognize the GED as an alternative to the traditional high school diploma for admissions purposes.
By providing Myanmar students with the opportunity to take the GED, we can provide them with a path to higher education that might otherwise be limited by personal circumstances, lack of access to formal schooling, or interruptions in their education.Students who are having difficulty completing a traditional high school education have a flexible and accessible option in the GED exam. It can also empower them by giving them a second chance to obtain a recognized credential.
It promotes educational equity and inclusion by eradicating obstacles that can hinder their educational and career goals. The GED credential demonstrates that an individual possesses the necessary knowledge and skills for employment and further education. Access to education and credentials such as the GED can contribute to Myanmar's development. By investing in the education and future of Myanmar students, you are investing in the development of human resource which can have a positive effect on the social, political, and economic well-being of the country as a whole.
