Our story began as homesteaders, and that way of life is still at the heart of everything we do. When we aren’t booking events for our petting zoo, you can find us tending to our farm our true home. We currently raise pigs, goats, chickens, guinea hens, ducks, rabbits, and meat chickens, and over the years we’ve also cared for turkeys, sheep, and pheasants.
Our hens enjoy four acres to free-range, which gives them the space they need to produce some of the richest eggs you’ll find. We offer barnyard-mix hatching eggs upon request, and in the warmer months we also provide hatching eggs from our Bantam Cochins.
We rotationally graze our pigs throughout the summer, giving them fresh pasture and helping maintain the land. In the winter, they move into the garden where they naturally turn the soil and add nutrients back into the earth—improving soil health and contributing to a richer, more fertile growing environment.
We believe the Lord calls us to be good stewards of the land He has blessed us with. Because of that, we strive to use every part of an animal we process, and every animal on our farm serves a meaningful purpose whether providing food, fertilizer, eggs, or soil enrichment. Our goal is always to live and farm as sustainably and responsibly as we can.
We also can and preserve much of our food and raise as much of our own meat as possible, sourcing the rest from neighboring farms. Through our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, we share our daily life, projects, and experiences to encourage and support others walking the homesteading path. We love what we do, and we love sharing it and helping others grow, learn, and embrace the homestead lifestyle right alongside us.
