Super Awkward Lizard's debut album came out 5 years ago with a ridiculous title, at that time I was a sixteen year old douchebag obsessed with cyberscene and sXe with grandiose maximalist plans to develop niche musical styles. Since then, little has changed, except for one thing - we have grown.
This post has nothing to do with goodbyes, just a reminder that we are in the ranks. In the autumn we will already release for you several small releases, on which we have been poring over the whole year, after which we will switch to a full-length album, in parallel, if possible, flying into gigs.
Thank you very much to everyone who knows about us since 2017 and to those who have just heard. It is thanks to you that we continue the immature contrived struggle with this fake hacked reality, and we do not mind.
Thank you for moshing with us on the gigs. We still have time to go crazy with heavy music. Amen.
We were silent for six months, so we need to make a statement - we are still in the ranks and are preparing a couple of small releases that will be released during the summer, so as not to be left with a bare ass by the fall. Should you expect our return at gigs? The question is ambiguous, because our goal is to bring new material to mind.
Hello Ladies and reptiloids! It hasn't been that long, but we've done quite a few cool things over the past few months. First, we have released our first period discography on all digital platforms, "Gay Love Story" is now available on every streaming service! Secondly, we played our second concert in the Siberian underground Marxist club and it was very cool! Huge thanks to the audience for the literal blood on the dance floor and Borovik Yeralash for the cozy afterparty! And thirdly, we have released a new single "New Plan" with bonus remix by Lutiy, which is already available on all platforms. Well, as we continue to project our and your clumsiness in music, see you soon!
Well, it's been a long time and we should take stock. First of all, thank to the listeners for their support! Gig was really cool and crazy, so it's time to move on. Now we are mainly busy with work and studying, but we are also developing SAL. Things didn't work out with Max, but we decided to work on other joint projects and now we are writing new material together with Chaoteek. Our first work is a cover of the iconic Cutting Pink With Knives, backed up by our first humble music video. Enjoy listening and stay tuned!
Well, it's the day when we finally dicided to make a reunion. Chaotic is no longer with me, because we cannot work together due to too different preferences in music. BUT! My good friend Max is ready to help play along for the live performances, the first of which is planned for October 2nd. We are both fucking nervous, but at the same time pleasantly excited and hope that we will be able to make a not shameful show. The news on the album will be a little later, because I thought of everything to create a schizophrenic lore, it's worth taking a break from the remastered ep.
