• The league fee is $35 per person this season, and that pays for:

  • • End of season prizes, and a

    • Mid-season BBQ. 

• Tee times and foursome will be assigned. A master schedule will be built, and if you cannot make a tee time, then it is your responsibility to find someone that is willing to swap with you, or get a sub. 

• Tee times start at 3:10, and are every 10 minutes there after. No one should tee off until their assigned tee time. It doesn’t matter how far down the fairway the group in front is. 

• All play is according to the USGA's Rules of Golf. Since scores are being posted in the GHIN by SFCC, tee boxes will be set according to the USGA and distances listed in the GHIN. 

• You receive 85% of your course handicap. 

• This is an ALL NET match play league.

  • • Each match is worth up to 14 points.

    • Each hole won will give a team 1 point.

    • Each hole that is halved will give a team 0.5 points.

    • Each hole lost will give a team 0 points. 

    • The overall winner of the match receives an additional 5 points for the win. 

• Substitutes: 

  • • Matches are played in accordance with the USGA Handicap System. 

    • All players and substitute players MUST HAVE an active GHIN Handicap to play. 

    • Teams/players are responsible for finding their own subs. 

    • If only one member of a team can play, he/she plays against the opposing team. 

    • Team/players MUST notify SFCC staff a minimum of 24 hours before the start of their match of any/all substitute players. 

    • Teams/players that fail to notify SFCC of their subs within 24 hours of their match starting time will have said sub play to a zero handicap. 

    • A list of subs is available through the SFCC proshop, and we will make every effort to help connect you with a sub, but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to cover your absence. 

    • SFCC will not be held responsible if a sub cannot be found. 

    • ALL SUBS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GHIN HANDICAP OR THEY WILL PLAY TO A ZERO HANDICAP.

• Weather Cancellations: If league is cancelled due to weather, it is the responsibility of the golfers to play/finish their match prior to the next week's league night. 

• Closest to the pin will start out the same this year, paid out in cash, but they may not always be paid the same day, and they may get switched to pro-shop credits.
