The Salem Big Band is pleased to announce its inaugural Composition & Arranging Contest. The winning arrangements will be performed in concert at Chemeketa Community College on April 22, 2025.

While original compositions are encouraged, arrangements of works by other composers are welcome. The competition is open to all music students who are under the age of 26 at the time of submission.
