July 2025. July 2025- Dr. Salehin is selected to participate in the inaugural NSF-funded CRISPR Workshop at MIT's Whitehead Institute. Organized by CGER and TSU.

June 2025- Dr. Salehin is selected to participate in the NSF-funded Single Cell Genomics Workshop at Virginia Tech to bring single cell sequencing to the lab and write a review paper on single cell.

May 2025- Barnstead Pacific TII Water Purification System 7 is finally installed.

March 2025- Percival Plant Growth Chambers (AR66L3, CU41L5, LLVL etc) are running in the lab.

January 2025- Undergraduates (Kennedy, Rachel, Brieona, Rachel, Afia, and April) are back in the lab doing research in full fledge.

November 2024- A review paper is published from the Salehin lab. The first paper from the lab.

September 2024- Brieona joined the Salehin lab.

August 2024- Salehin Lab is up and running.

Spring 2024- Salehin Lab is now officially open at the Biology Department, NCA&T State University
