Hi, This is Sakshar. I'm a Postdoctoral Associate in the Khurana Lab at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) of Cornell University. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of California, Riverside (UCR). My research is majorly focused on Bioinformatics, Data Mining and Applied Machine Learning. My current research revolves around Cancer Genomics. I enjoy designing novel algorithms and develop practical tools for solving problems related to Bioinformatics. Apart from research, I love to cook traditional Bengali foods, watch movies and sports, listen to music, and play instruments.
